I have been playing golf since I was six years old. Golf has taught me how to not give up even if the going gets bad. I usually play golf everyday in the summer andhave lessons at least once a weekall the year round. I have many examples where I wasn't very happy with my game and I then did not want to hear the word 'golf' again. But, I knew what I had to do in order to eliminate these troubles and that 'something' was to keep on practicing. At my home course of Caradam Golf Club in North Huntingdon, I was the club champion in 2003 and 2004 in the youth division. In the fall of 2006, I will be qualifying for a spot on the Penn Trafford High School Varsity Golf Team. I will continue to practice the year round, with my coach Steve Good, to continue to improve my play so that I can make the team.

In 2006 I qualified for the Penn Trafford High School varsity golf team. I enjoyed the competition and the beautiful golf courses that we play. I am looking forward to qualifing for the team in the fall of 2007. I look forward to playing the level of competition that my WPIAL section offers.
